Do Not Disturb Mode for Attorneys During Court and Meetings

Attorneys spend significant portions of their day in situations where intake notifications are unwelcome: court appearances, depositions, client meetings, and focused legal work. Do Not Disturb mode allows attorneys to temporarily pause their intake notifications without losing any leads. Non-emergency intakes are queued and delivered when DND is deactivated. Emergency intakes route to the configured backup attorney. No calls are missed — they are simply held for appropriate timing.

• Active detention or arrest: bypasses DND to reach backup attorney
• Domestic violence safety concern: immediate escalation regardless of DND
• Imminent court deadline: time-sensitive matters route to backup
• All other matters: queued professionally until DND is deactivated
• Custom bypass rules: firm-specific emergency definitions configurable

Queue Delivery on Deactivation

When an attorney deactivates DND — after court, after a deposition, after a meeting — they receive a prioritized summary of all queued intakes. High-value leads appear first. Each intake includes the complete summary, time of call, and any urgency flags. The attorney can immediately begin follow-up calls starting with the highest-priority matters.
